Shipping and Shipping Charges
Local & international shipping to most of the countries in the world (125+) is available when ordering Products from our Website.
We are committed to apply to the same quality standards for the shipping as we do for all aspects for THE ELECTRICIANZ®.
Free standard shipping is provided by THE ELECTRICIANZ when purchasing a timepiece. Depending on your location, the delivery will take 3-6 days.
Placing an order containing only accessories – no timepiece(s) – might take longer, since standard registered mail service is then provided. In this case, the delivery will take 7-14 days.
Some customers based in countries with high duties and taxes may be subject to an additional fee charged by THE ELECTRICIANZ®. If applicable, this fee will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping terms are DDP (Duties and taxes paid). You won't be charged any additional fee by the transporter nor by your local custom clearance department. The transaction amount charged by THE ELECTRICIANZ® includes all costs. In case of doubt or issue, please contact our team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You may track the progress of your order with the information sent to you on the dispatch email if such tracking number is available from the logistic partner.
What's included in the web store price?
The price comprises the tax-free local retail price of the product, to which we add your local VAT. All Shipping and Customs fees are covered by us.
You won't pay any additional fees other than the products' price. We offer shipping and customs fees on all our orders, worldwide. Your local VAT is already comprised in the price you see at checkout.
Is there a warranty?
Yes our watches are covered by a 2 year-long warranty. Please refer to our Terms of Warranty for further details.
Can you tell me more about the battery?
We wanted a large battery for aesthetical reasons, but we have an in-house electrical module to convert the 3v into the 1.5v needed for the movement. When replacing the battery, you should go for a 3V battery, the watch system will convert the voltage.
Watch batteries can be changed at any watchmaker's store. Please do not try changing it yourself, as the waterproofing needs to be redone after the operation.
The watch battery typically lasts 3 years, without using the light function. 1use of the LEDs per day: around 25 months. 3 per day: 20 months. 5/day: 17 months. 10 per day?? 10 months!
What is the glass made of?
The glass is made out of K1 Mineral Glass.
What about the movement?
All our watches are using a Miyota 2033 movement.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Upon checkout you will receive the tracking code assigned to your parcel. You will be able to track your shipment anytime.
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 5 working days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that we decline responsibility for customs processes delaying your order's delivery.
We use DHL to deliver our products worldwide. All shipping and customs fees are on us !

We are planning to open new shipping destinations as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have two solutions that have worked for past customers in that situation:
1. If you have relatives/friends in a country nearby (where we offer free shipping and taxes), it can be a good solution to ship the watch there, and get it next time you/they visit.
2. Otherwise, if you're willing to pay for the customs fees, we are willing to work it out with you. Please contact us directly via the chat box, or firstname.lastname@example.org we will provide an estimate (Fedex/DHL + customs fees). If you agree with the pricing, we will temporarily open the destination. You will be able to order!
