Yes we are and All our Design, Developments, Sales & Marketing activities are operated from Switzerland in our ELZ_lab.

Shipping rates, Duty and Taxes are displayed at checkout.

In some countries ELZ pays for Duty and Taxes, you won't be charged any additional fee by the transporter nor by your local custom clearance department. please contact our team (contact@the-electricianz.com).

All our watches do embark a Patented Module with Latest Generation of Led's powered by Lithium batteries. The movement is either a High end Quartz or a Mechanical movement depending the Collection.

We wanted a large battery for aesthetical reasons, but we have an in-house electrical module to convert the 3v into the 1.5v needed for the movement. When replacing the battery, you should go for a 3V battery, the watch system will convert the voltage.

Watch batteries can be changed at any watchmaker's store. Please do not try changing it yourself, as the waterproofing needs to be redone after the operation.

The watch battery typically lasts 2-3 years, without using the light function. 1use of the LEDs per day: around 25 months. 3 per day: 20 months. 5/day: 17 months. 10 per day?? 10 months!

The glass is made out of K1 Mineral Glass with a Anti Reflective Coating.

Yes our watches are covered by a 2 year-long warranty. Please refer to our Terms of Warranty for further details.

The straps with 22mm width can fit only the watches with 45mm watch head.
The straps with 20mm width can fit the watches with 42mm and the 43mm(all the Hybrids)

On the The Nylon & SteelZ collection, the straps are either made on Nato or with a easy change pin.

On MecaLine, the straps are fixex by screws.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@the-electricianz.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Upon checkout you will receive the tracking code assigned to your parcel. You will be able to track your shipment anytime.

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 5 working days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that we decline responsibility for customs processes delaying your order's delivery.

We use DHL to deliver our products worldwide. All shipping and customs fees are on us !

We currently offer shipping to around a 125 countries. Please see at checkout if yours is available.

We are planning to open new shipping destinations as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have two solutions that have worked for past customers in that situation:

1. If you have relatives/friends in a country nearby (where we offer free shipping and taxes), it can be a good solution to ship the watch there, and get it next time you/they visit.

2. Otherwise, if you're willing to pay for the customs fees, we are willing to work it out with you. Please contact us directly via the chat box, or at contact@the-electricianz.com and we will provide an estimate (Fedex/DHL + customs fees). If you agree with the pricing, we will temporarily open the destination. You will be able to order!

If we have sent you Products, which are different from the description of the relevant Products on our Website at the time that you have placed your order, you will have the right to return the Products.
If you are not satisfied by the products. You have the right to return products purchased directly from our website within 10 days of receiving the item.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store. Kindly note that we would deduct from the amount to be refund: shipping costs, custom duties and sales taxes. (If Apply)
Return Fees, please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. Moreover, if you are returning an item for a refund, we will deduct the cost of shipping, custom duties and sales taxes from your refund.
For refunds, once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet the conditions. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Order Cancellations and Changes

You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been accepted by us. To make changes to your order, please email us at contact@the-electricianz.com. If your order has already been accepted, you will only be able to request a refund or exchange of the Products pursuant to the terms of our return and exchange policy set forth below.

Any authorized “hold” on your payment card will usually be released within three (3) to five (5) working days from the date of cancellation.
