The price comprises the tax-free local retail price of the product, to which we add your local VAT. All Shipping and Customs fees are covered by us.
You won't pay any additional fees other than the products' price. We offer shipping and customs fees on all our orders, worldwide. Your local VAT is already comprised in the price you see at checkout.
We wanted a large battery for aesthetical reasons, but we have an in-house electrical module to convert the 3v into the 1.5v needed for the movement. When replacing the battery, you should go for a 3V battery, the watch system will convert the voltage.
Watch batteries can be changed at any watchmaker's store. Please do not try changing it yourself, as the waterproofing needs to be redone after the operation.
The watch battery typically lasts 3 years, without using the light function. 1use of the LEDs per day: around 25 months. 3 per day: 20 months. 5/day: 17 months. 10 per day?? 10 months!
The glass is made out of K1 Mineral Glass.
All our watches are using a Miyota 2033 movement.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Upon checkout you will receive the tracking code assigned to your parcel. You will be able to track your shipment anytime.
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 5 working days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that we decline responsibility for customs processes delaying your order's delivery.
We use DHL to deliver our products worldwide. All shipping and customs fees are on us !

We are planning to open new shipping destinations as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have two solutions that have worked for past customers in that situation:
1. If you have relatives/friends in a country nearby (where we offer free shipping and taxes), it can be a good solution to ship the watch there, and get it next time you/they visit.
2. Otherwise, if you're willing to pay for the customs fees, we are willing to work it out with you. Please contact us directly via the chat box, or firstname.lastname@example.org we will provide an estimate (Fedex/DHL + customs fees). If you agree with the pricing, we will temporarily open the destination. You will be able to order!
If we have sent you Products, which are different from the description of the relevant Products on our Website at the time that you have placed your order, you will have the right to return the Products.
If you are not satisfied by the products. You have the right to return products purchased directly from our website within 10 days of receiving the item.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and Partial refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.
Kindly note that we would deduct from the amount to be refund: shipping costs, custom duties and sales taxes.
THE ELECTRICIANZ does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Order Cancellations and Changes
You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been accepted by us. To make changes to your order, please email us at email@example.com. If your order has already been accepted, you will only be able to request a refund or exchange of the Products pursuant to the terms of our return and exchange policy set forth below.
Any authorized “hold” on your payment card will usually be released within three (3) to five (5) working days from the date of cancellation.
