Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions: the watch must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

How to return:
– EU/EEA customers: use our Right of Withdrawal form or email contact@the-electricianz.com
– All other customers: email contact@the-electricianz.com to start your return

Return shipping: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service; we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the price of the product within 14 days. If the watch shows use beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Orders shipped to the United States: US prices are quoted Delivered Duty Paid — they include import duties, taxes, and shipping, which we pre-pay to customs and carriers at the time of shipping, so your watch arrives with nothing more to pay. These charges are non-recoverable once paid and are therefore not refundable. For US returns, your refund equals the product price less these non-refundable duties, taxes, and shipping — which currently represent up to approximately 45% of the amount paid. You can request the exact non-refundable amount for your specific order before returning by contacting contact@the-electricianz.com.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. In that case we also refund the original standard delivery cost you paid (if any). You bear the cost of returning the item. Use our withdrawal form to exercise this right.

Faulty or incorrect items: if a product is defective or differs from its description, we cover all costs — we'll repair, replace, or refund in full.
