Limited Warranty

We warrant that our Products will be free from breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship for the following periods:
(a) Watches: Two (2) years from the date of purchase.
(b) Other products: One (1) year from the date of purchase.

What is NOT covered by this Limited Warranty:
This warranty does not cover the battery, crystal, case, strap, or bracelet, nor does it cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by impact or contact with objects
  • Water damage
  • Any modifications, tampering, or unauthorized repairs

If the Product has been altered, misused, or repaired by anyone other than a professional watch repair shop, the warranty will be void.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:
(i) Repair the defective Product at no cost,
(ii) Replace it with the same or a comparable product, or
(iii) Refund the purchase price.

These remedies are exclusive, and we are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the actual amount paid for the Product. All other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Exclusion for End-of-Stock Sales

The two-year warranty for watches does not apply to purchases made during final stock clearance events, such as Black Friday sales with significant discounts. Products sold under such conditions are final sale and are not covered by our Limited Warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure

1) If you purchased your watch directly from The-Electricianz.com:

Please email us at contact@the-electricianz.com with the following details:

  • Your purchase order number (#OCELZ...)
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • An attached image and/or a short video showing the defect

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

2) If you purchased your watch from a retail store or an online website other than The-Electricianz.com:

Please contact the store where you made the purchase directly. The Electricianz is not responsible for the warranty of products sold by third-party retailers, as their warranty terms and conditions apply.

Repairs typically take 4–6 weeks, though delays may occur due to holidays, parts availability, or complex repairs. For out-of-warranty work, a cost estimate will be provided before proceeding with any service.
