Terms and Conditions of Sales
1. General Terms of Sale
Preliminaries
These general terms of sale ("Sale Terms") govern all purchases of THE ELECTRICIANZ® products ("Products") made through our website www.the-electricianz.com ("Website"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Sale Terms.
We may update these terms from time to time, and the revised version will become effective once published on the Website.

Your Account
If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and restricting access. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Offers, Prices & Availability
We may update product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time. However, once your order is accepted, the price and details at the time of purchase will apply.
Taxes & Import Duties: Prices include the taxes and import duties (ONLY) in The US. For the others, these will be charged separately (if applicable).

3. Order Process & Acceptance
To purchase a Product, place an order through our Website. Orders are subject to acceptance and are not binding until we send you an order acceptance email.
We may decline your order if:
- Payment details are incorrect or fraudulent
- Shipping or billing information is incomplete
- The Product is no longer available
- The destination is outside our shipping zones
If your order is declined, we will notify you via email.
4. Order Cancellations & Changes
– You may cancel or modify your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Contact contact@the-electricianz.com immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, you receive a full refund.
– Once your order has shipped, it is handled under our Return & Refund terms in Section 5 below, including any applicable deductions.
– Any authorized hold on your payment card is typically released within 3–5 working days.
5. Return & Refund Policy
– Return window: you may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Condition: the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Returns must be sent to our warehouse (not accepted in retail stores).
– Return shipping: the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
– Refunds (general): we refund the price you paid for the product within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return. If the watch shows use beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
– United States orders: US prices include import duties, taxes and shipping (Delivered Duty Paid), which we pre-pay to customs and carriers and cannot recover. These charges are non-refundable. US refunds therefore equal the product price minus these non-refundable duties, taxes and shipping — currently up to approximately 45% of the amount paid. You can request the exact figure for your order before returning.
– EU/EEA consumers (Right of Withdrawal): you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. We refund the product price plus the original standard delivery cost you paid (if any). You bear the cost of returning the item. Use our Right of Withdrawal form to exercise this right.
6. Shipping & Order Tracking

We ship to 125 countries worldwide.
Delivery Services
- Swiss Registered Post: 7–14 days (customs clearance may delay delivery)
7. Transfer of Title & Risk
Ownership of the Product transfers to you upon delivery. Once delivered, you are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
8. Limited Warranty
We warrant that our Products will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for:
- Watches: 2 years from purchase
- Other Products: 1 year from purchase
What is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Battery, crystal, case, strap, or bracelet
- Damage from improper handling, impact, water exposure, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- If the Watch has purchased from an Third party
Exclusion for End-of-Stock Sales
The 2-year warranty does not apply to heavily discounted purchases during Black Friday or clearance sales with an 25% OFF offer. These items are final sale and not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Claims
- If purchased from The-Electricianz.com, email contact@the-electricianz.com with:
- Your purchase order number (#OCELZ...)
- A description of the defect
- A photo or short video of the issue
- If purchased from a retail store or another website, contact that store directly, as their warranty applies.
Repairs typically take 4–6 weeks. If out-of-warranty, a cost estimate will be provided before proceeding.
9. Payments
Payments must be made using the available options on The-Electricianz.com. If you dispute a charge, contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
10. Resale & Unauthorized Distribution
You agree that purchases are for personal use only. Unauthorized resale or representation as an official reseller is prohibited. We reserve the right to reject suspected resale orders.
11. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Events beyond our control (force majeure)
- Minor negligence
- Loss of profit, business, or data
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the Product.
12. Personal Information & Privacy
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including logos, images, and designs, is the property of THE ELECTRICIANZ SA and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
14. Reviews & Comments
Users may post reviews and comments, but offensive, defamatory, or illegal content will be removed.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bienne, Switzerland.
