Local & international shipping to most of the countries in the world (125+) is available when ordering Products from our Website.

Free standard shipping is provided by THE ELECTRICIANZ when purchasing for a 150.- USD + value. Depending on your location, the delivery will take 4-8 days.

Duties & Taxes

Shipping terms are DDP
(Duties and taxes paid) to most countries. You won't be charged any additional fee by the transporter nor by your local custom clearance department. The transaction amount charged by THE ELECTRICIANZ® includes all costs.

NOTA BENE: Some
customers based in countries with High Duties and Taxes may be subject to an additional fee charged by the transporter nor by your local custom clearance department.

Order Tracking

You may track the progress of your order with the information sent to you on the dispatch email if such tracking number is available from the logistic partner.

The Brand is From Switzerland?

Yes we are and All our Design, Developments, Sales & Marketing activities are operated from Switzerland.

Are we Swiss Made?

Our Brand is not Certified "Swiss Made" but our Quality Standarts are at the same level. All our Design & Module Development are made in Switzerland. Customers  Reviews are Available on Each Product pages.

Is there any warranty?

Yes our watches are covered by a 2 year-long warranty. Please refer to our Terms of Warranty for further details. 

What about the Movements & The In House Modules?

All our watches have a "In House Patented Module" combined with Miyota movements (Quartz & Mechanical).

All our "Patented Modules" are equipped with Latest Generation of LEDS.

Are we using batteries?

All our "Patented Modules" do have batteries which Power the LED'S.

Watch batteries can be changed at any watchmaker's store. Please do not try changing it yourself, as the waterproofing needs to be redone after the operation.

The watch battery typically lasts 1.5 to 2 years depending on your Light Addiction ;-)

What are the glasses made of?

The glasses are made out of K1 Mineral Glass with a Anti-reflective treatment. 

Is There any Physical Shop in my country?

About your order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@the-electricianz.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Upon checkout you will receive the tracking code assigned to your parcel. You will be able to track your shipment anytime. 

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 5 working days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that we decline responsibility for customs processes delaying your order's delivery. 

We use FEDEX to deliver our products worldwide. All shipping and customs fees are on us !

We are planning to open new shipping destinations as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have two solutions that have worked for past customers in that situation:

1) If you have relatives/friends in a country nearby (where we offer free shipping and taxes), it can be a good solution to ship the watch there, and get it next time you/they visit.

2) Otherwise, if you're willing to pay for the customs fees, we are willing to work it out with you.
